PHARMACY CONNECTIVITY INCENTIVE PROGRAM
Eligible Service Plans
PLEASE NOTE:
The only role of the internet service provider under the PCI Program is to maintain a normal contractual relationship
with the pharmacy for the provision of the service, as they would do with any other business customer. No program
specific documentation, such as a Statement of Supply, will be required or issued,
AND NO PROGRAM INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM THESE PROVIDERS.

about the eligibility of specific broadband plans.
Pharmacies that are connected to, or wish to connect to, a service that is not on the list of
Eligible Service Plans (but meets the minimum requirements)
can submit details of the plan to the Guild at pci@guild.org.au
for consideration of addition to the list. This may include plans from internet service providers not currently listed on this website.
Pharmacies will not be eligible for an incentive unless they are connected to a
plan that is listed on this website as an Eligible Service Plan as at the signature date on the claim.
Pharmacies must also be under a 12 month contract for the service.
