RFT2007/08-10 – Increasing community pharmacy involvement in the prevention of cardiovascular disease
The Pharmacy Guild of Australia is seeking Tenders to propose, trial and evaluate the delivery of a service provided by community pharmacists which assist consumers to achieve and maintain target blood pressure range by improving conformity with antihypertensive drug therapy. Applications are required to address the project requirements detailed in the request for tender documentation. Applications must also comply with the guidelines or they will not be considered for funding.
