STAGE 1 OF MMR ACCREDITATION
Medication Management Review (MMR) Accredited Pharmacists play a vital role in supporting patients and the quality use of their medications in the community or aged care environment.
MMR Accreditation Stage 1 is available to interns and pharmacists who are interested in being accredited to conduct Medication Management Reviews, including Home Medicine Reviews (HMR) and Residential Medication Management Reviews (RMMRs) and to develop their professional services. Upon successful completion of Stage 1, participants will be eligible to commence Stage 2 Accreditation through the AACP.
The course consists of 6 pre-learning webinars and a one day face-to-face workshop to ensure all participants have the interactive experience required for Stage 2.
Note: Completion of the pre-learning is mandatory before attending the face-to-face workshop.

This activity has been accredited for 10.5 hours of Group 1 CPD (or 10.5 CPD credits) suitable for inclusion in an individual pharmacist’s CPD plan which can be converted to 10.5 hours of Group2 CPD (or 21 CPD credits) upon successful completion of relevant assessment activities.
