Medication Management Review (MMR) Accredited Pharmacists play a vital role in supporting patients and the quality use of their medications in the community or aged care environment.

Stage 1 MMR Accreditation is available to provisional and registered pharmacists who are interested in starting their journey into becoming accredited to conduct Medication Management Reviews, including Home Medicine Reviews (HMR) and Residential Medication Management Reviews (RMMRs). Upon successful completion of Stage 1, participants will be eligible to commence Stage 2 Accreditation through the AACP.

The NSW Branch’s course is uniquely blended, consisting of self-paced online learning modules followed by a one day practical-focused workshop.

Note: Completion of the pre-learning is mandatory before attending the face-to-face workshop; you will get access to the modules upon successful registration.
