Apply for Full Membership

Full membership is offered to qualified, registered pharmacists who own their own pharmacy.

Membership comprises of a “premises” component for each pharmacy. This entitles the Pharmacy and its proprietor(s) to the full range of Guild Benefits and services. Pro-rata fees apply to applications after July.

Current 2017/2018 membership rates:

  • Flat fee of $2,750.00 including GST, per pharmacy (pro rata rates available).

Download the appropriate membership application form:
