Relevant experience: I have extensive experience and knowledge in administrative roles and managing duties in medical practices and customer service and I am very passionate about this line of work. Through completing Cert II in community pharmacy I will be able to continue to strengthen my experience and skills.I am self-motivated and work well on my own as well as part of a team. I have a strong understanding of the importance in treating others with respect and confidentiality. Other skills I have is full understanding of Medicare, private health, scripts and bulk billing processes. I have experience and knowledge of inbound customer calls, POS, stocktake, infection control and cleanliness. I have product knowledge in various sections such as skin care, oral care, baby care and S2/S3 products.
