The Guild's workplace relations team is requesting your assistance as members in completing a short survey - we want to know your opinion and views on wages, award provisions etc.

The survey is based on the four-year review process of the Pharmacy Industry Award 2010 which will assist in achieving a better understanding of what topics Guild members would like assistance with.

Survey responses will help to establish where Guild members are having difficulties in regards to workplace relations and small business issues.

This information will help the Guild focus on developing improved resources and information activities for members and also improve our advocacy approach to the four-year review of modern awards and other workplace relations issues.

There are 16 multiple choice questions and it will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
