The Opportunity Analysis is a tool for Guild Members to use to start to assist you with providing further detail and understanding of your professional services and related revenue opportunities.
The Opportunity Analysis tool provides you with a customised report using your pharmacy’s data to highlight areas of opportunity income. It is linked to key professional service areas including 7CPA-funded programs, fixed third-party income, prescription and medication programs and screening and testing services.
You will be required to know your Script Volumes, and 7CPA Service Caps, the list of services your pharmacy provides and the number of each service delivered monthly. You will be prompted to answer a series of question and enter the data for each relevant areas.
These areas will be calculated and you will be provided with an estimated total of current revenue and a formula of potential revenue and opportunities you could look at for your pharmacy services.
It’s an opportunity for you as a Guild Member to understand your current offerings, and compare to the potential revenue you could be earning if you were to maximise the 7CPA and Services that the pharmacy could offer.
