My Pharmacy Career is a national jobs platform specific to community pharmacy. Only Guild Members are able to register to advertise jobs and access candidates actively looking for work in community pharmacy. It is included in your Guild Membership, saving you money on recruitment for your pharmacy.

The Workplace Relations National Manager has been actively involved in the creation of roles, templates and salary requirements to help you ensure compliance with the Pharmacy Industry Award. All roles have been set to display the minimum award requirement for salary or hourly rate, with the added flexibility of a higher figure should you choose.

My Pharmacy Career enables you to find job seekers in several ways. Once you create the job advertisement you can wait for job seekers to apply, or alternatively you can search available job seekers and send them an invitation to apply for the role.

Anyone who is interested in working in community pharmacy is welcome to register to use the platform. There is no cost for job seekers to join. The Guild will use marketing to drive potential job seekers to register – the goal is to make My Pharmacy Career the preferred destination for those looking for jobs in community pharmacy.

When registering, My Pharmacy Career checks your premise ID against our database to confirm you are a Guild member. Because of this, you will need to register each pharmacy individually.
