The Pharmacy Guild of Australia, Victoria, is again partnering with the National Stroke Foundation to help raise awareness about high blood pressure in the community. 

The campaign, Know Your Numbers, is aimed to deliver a prevention message about the importance of having regular blood pressure checks, and for people to understand the consequences of high blood pressure.
