Hire Agreement Pads are now available for purchase online.

QCPP requires pharmacies that hire equipment to have a standardised hire agreement in place and to provide evidence how equipment hire is recorded. The Hire Agreement Pad is QCPP compliant and is easy for all pharmacy staff to use. Duplicate copies for both the hirer and the pharmacy mean that both parties are aware of the terms of the hire.
