Managing your staff

• If an employee is required to self-isolate/quarantine, then they may be eligible for the Australian Government Pandemic Leave Disaster Payment, see here.
• If an employee loses a full day’s pay or more because they don’t work because of a lockdown, then they may be eligible for Australian Government COVID-19 Disaster Payment, see here.
• Consult with your employees, encourage them to get vaccinated - advice is available from the Guild here, and keep up to date by checking the Workplace Relations Blogs and Updates and the Fair Work Ombudsman website.
