This interactive workshop is intended to assist pharmacy owners and pharmacy managers in dealing with difficult workplace matters including disciplinary procedures and performance management.

Key Topics:

• Identify risks in terminating employees.
• Assess various performance, behaviour and conduct issues in the workplace and identify the appropriate course of action.
• Plan and conduct counselling and disciplinary meetings.
• Conduct investigations into workplace misconduct.
