Workforce Capability Project
The Guild's Workforce Capability Reports are intended to provide community pharmacy specific information about workforce capability, and drivers of industry change and improvement. This information is critical for effective business planning, advocacy, and to ensure community pharmacy can attract and retain the right people, with the right skills to meet the healthcare needs of the community now and into the future.
The reports include insights gained from research and consultation with member and non-member pharmacy owners, government and industry across a range of topics crucial to community pharmacy's success.
Remuneration and supply and demand reports are released annually. The remaining reports are reviewed annually and updated if required to reflect relevant changes within the industry.
