Cold Chain Testing Request

The Cold Chain Testing Centre provides a data logging service to assist community pharmacies in achieving best practice principles in relation to cold chain management.

This service is provided to independently verify cold chain efficiency within the community pharmacy environment, and to provide verifying documentation to support accreditation under the Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP).

It is the responsibility of the community pharmacy to monitor their dispensary refrigerator twice daily for minimum/maximum temperatures as a timely alert to any breach in cold chain.
