One of the strategies being considered is a program to recruit pharmacists from overseas using the skilled migration pathway.
Whilst it is recognised that this pathway comes with issues, including timing, qualification and costs, it is nevertheless a pathway to fill positions with qualified people.

To explain the full process involved in securing and hosting an overseas skilled worker, PGAWA and migration agent Perdaman Group invites you to attend our member-only International Pharmacist Recruitment webinar on Wednesday 16 November at 7pm.
Expressions of interest will be sought from interested members in the two-week period following the webinar.
PGAWA can only proceed if we receive sufficient interest to cover costs.
