I have worked as a NHMRC Research Assistant, and as a Medical Representative for a pharmaceutical company (MSD) - giving me a customer service and sales background in the health industry. I also have retail experience. I have achieved high performance appraisals in these positions. I am a quick and willing learner. I am trustworthy and pride myself on my honesty and integrity. I have a strong work ethic, have excellent attention to detail, and I am highly motivated and organised. I enjoy building long lasting relationships with customers offering them superior customer service. I am looking forward to utilising my Certificate II in community pharmacy because I am passionate about helping people, and passionate about health. I am open to professional development so that I can increase my knowledge in the pharmacy and health industry.

Through completing my Certificate II in Community Pharmacy, I am ready to start my pharmacy journey and learn more. I have over 20 years’ experience in customer service, have experience working towards KPI’s, experience operating a point of sale, organising displays, opening, and closing procedures and more.
