As a Guild member you can access dedicated telephone support, advice and up-to-date information on awards, wage rates and workplace legislation. Our extensive online resources and ready to use templates include employment contracts, letters, policies and procedure and aim to support members with important workplace relations issues such as recruitment, induction, performance management, disciplinary and termination of employment.

In addition to educating and advising members on employment obligations and responsibilities, our Workplace Relations Advisors can represent and advocate on behalf of members at the Fair Work Commission and the Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission.
