Become a Guild Associate for only $399 inc GST per financial year (1 July – 30 June).
Becoming an Associate Member
There are two easy steps to become an Associate Member of the Pharmacy Guild.
Step One
To become a Guild Associate download and complete the Associate Membership form by clicking here.
Step Two
Upon receipt of your application, the Victoria Branch will issue you with a subscription invoice and Guild Membership number / Guild ID. Your membership will also be ratified at the next meeting of the Victorian Branch Committee.
