Driving Change for Maximum Value in Pharmacy

The Pharmacy Guild of Australia is focused on delivering the best support available to our members in the interests of a healthier community and a healthier business. The Guild offers a range of diagnostic tools and operational support tools to assist pharmacies identify current opportunities available to their pharmacy, target business areas that require attention and furthermore, provide the operational support needed to address these gaps.

Data collected by the Pharmacy Guild of Australia has shown that on average, pharmacies are missing out on an additional $30,000 - $35,000 from their professional services annually.

In collaboration with Instigo, this Guild-Member exclusive workshop will address the following objectives:

  • Where professional health services fit within the current climate;
  • Delivering professional health services for patient health benefit and financial business benefit;
  • Identifying the next steps for your pharmacy;
  • How to overcome common barriers to implementing key health services;
  • Practical ‘how to’ for key services including remunerated programs.
