Sonia’s career in Community Pharmacy commenced more than twenty years ago when she joined her first pharmacy after school and over many years during her time working within the pharmacy environment, she has gained a wealth of experience from working in all potential roles. Sonia joined the Guild in 2012 as a QCPP Implementation Officer and from the beginning she has always sought to forge strong and robust relationships within the Guild and with the NSW membership.
Currently, in her role as Membership Services Senior Manager Sonia is responsible for the membership services team who overseas all membership needs including QCPP pre-assessment, Scriptmap, Health Advice plus programs, membership acquisition and retention and provision of professional services support.
Michelle joined the Guild seven years ago after gaining twelve years of pharmacy experience working across a variety of roles. In her current role as Membership Services Consultant Michelle’s focus is to help community pharmacies with all their membership needs and also enjoys assisting members in implementing community pharmacy agreement programs and business development tools within their pharmacies. The team champion of Membership Profiling, Michelle takes a keen interest in our members – working to understand their business needs.
Jane gained extensive experience in community pharmacy as a manager before joining the Guild three years ago. Jane is passionate about community pharmacy and her experience in Customer Experience Index (CEI) has helped community pharmacies make full use of feedback given from customers to achieve their business goals. Jane also enjoys the challenge of assisting pharmacies in their QCPP pre-assessment, and fully drives the effectiveness of Scriptmap and Opportunity Analysis as viability tools to assist our member gain maximum benefit within their pharmacies.
Narelle has recently joined Membership Services team as one of our Membership Services Consultants. With greater than 20 years of health-related experience, Narelle has worked in various roles within pharmacy and the healthcare sector ranging from medical centre pharmacy to retail pharmacy and for the last 5 years as a client relationship manager, providing services to aged care facilities. Narelle’s core strength is relationship building and will focus on implementing community pharmacy agreement programs and assisting with the suite of Membership Services tools and resources.
In addition, the Membership Services Consultants are supported administratively by a wonderful cohort of team coordinators who work seamlessly to ensure the smooth delivery of all membership needs.
