Sonia Moss - Membership Services Manager

Sonia’s career in Community Pharmacy commenced more than thirty years ago. Over the years, she has gained a wealth of experience from working across a variety of different pharmacy roles within the pharmacy environment. Sonia joined the Guild in 2012 as a QCPP Implementation Officer and from the beginning she has always sought to forge strong and robust relationships within the Guild and with the NSW membership. Currently, in her role as Membership Services Manager, Sonia is responsible for the membership team who oversees all membership needs including membership acquisition and retention and provision of professional services including QCPP support. With numerous professional qualifications in support of her career in community pharmacy. Sonia has a keen interest in the training and professional development of her team and enjoys seeing them develop and grown with their roles.

Sandy Armany - Membership Pharmacist

Sandy began her pharmacy journey over 10 years ago, working as a pharmacy student whilst undertaking her university degree. She has performed many roles in situ such as QCPP coordinator, is both a vaccinating and HMR-accredited pharmacist and an experienced pharmacy manager. The combination of all these experiences have fuelled her passion for community pharmacy and its place in helping local communities. Sandy is a practicing Accredited Pharmacist, and she has recently finalised her studies in becoming a diabetes educator. She understands and appreciates the challenges that our members and staff encounter and this in turn has encouraged her to broaden her scope of practice and join the Guild. Sandy considers it her mission and passion to assist our members in QCPP, implementing pharmacy agreement programs and to provide professional support to ensure that businesses develop and grow, whilst continuing to support and be at the heart of their local communities.

Michelle Lovett - Membership Officer

Michelle joined the Guild twelve years ago after gaining many years of pharmacy experience working across a variety of roles. In her current role as Membership Officer, Michelle’s focus is to help community pharmacies with all their membership needs and also enjoys assisting members in implementing community pharmacy agreement programs and business development tools within their pharmacies. The team champion of Membership Profiling, Michelle takes a keen interest in our members – working to understand their business needs.

Jane Rennie - Membership Officer

Jane gained extensive experience in community pharmacy as a manager before joining the Guild eight years ago. Jane is passionate about community pharmacy and her experience in the Customer Experience Index (CEI) program has helped community pharmacies make full use of feedback given from customers to achieve their business goals. Jane also enjoys the challenge of assisting pharmacies throughout their QCPP assessment, and fully drives the effectiveness of all Guild programs and viability tools to assist our members to gain maximum benefit within their pharmacies.

Humira Rahimzada – Membership Officer

Humira is the newest Membership Officer, joining the Guild in 2023. Humira is a certified dispensary technician with over 10 years of experience in both the clinical aspect of compounding pharmacy and the professional service side of community pharmacy. Throughout Humira’s career, she has worked with banners such as Terry White Chemmart and Priceline Pharmacy, to maintain pharmacy management operations by focusing on customer growth and building sustainable relationships. Humira passion is personal development, where she has completed Cert IV in Community Pharmacy and currently studying to complete her Bachelor of Science. Humira's versatile experience has allowed her to provide business solutions and advice for pharmacy owners and she is passionate and driven to support our members proprietors with implementing more professional services.

In addition, our Membership Officers are supported administratively by a wonderful cohort of team coordinators who work seamlessly to ensure the smooth delivery of all membership needs.
