Quality Care Pharmacy Program
From 1st October 2020, Quality Care 2020 (QC2020) became the framework that pharmacies are accredited against and reflects the introduction of the New Australian Standard 85000:2017 Quality Care Community Pharmacy Standard.
The QC2020 program has been developed in consultation with pharmacies, business and industry experts. It presents a simplification of the requirements, ensuring the program remains practical, current and represents best practice standards.

WA Members can now access a large number of resources developed by the Victoria Branch. These resources are intended to help prepare pharmacies for accreditation, implement the standards and then maintain the QC2020 program.
