Pharmacy Buying & Selling Support

Buying or selling a pharmacy is a significant milestone. The Guild NSW provides access to support services to help members navigate the process with confidence.

Available support

The Guild NSW has entered into an arrangement with CFS Sales and Consulting Pty Ltd (CFS), an experienced provider of pharmacy brokerage services.

Through this arrangement, members can access support with:

• Buying a pharmacy
• Selling a pharmacy
• Market insights and transaction support

CFS is authorised to provide these services to Guild members and to use the Guild NSW name in connection with those services, under agreed standards and oversight.

What this means for you

• Access to experience: You can engage CFS for support with pharmacy transactions
• Confidence in delivery: Services are provided in line with Guild NSW guidelines
• Independent provider: CFS operates separately from the Guild NSW

Important to know

• The Guild NSW does not act as a broker or agent in pharmacy transactions
• Engagement with CFS is entirely optional
• Members may seek independent advice or use alternative providers
• Any commercial arrangement is directly between you and the service provider
